Recently, I’ve received a lot of questions from some seller clients. They want to know what the market will be like in 2022. Today I’ll give you a quick update on our market and tell you about what’s in store for 2022.
Put simply, 2022 is going to be an awesome year. Right now, lots of sellers are cashing in on their equity and finding great homes. Many of my seller clients didn’t think they could ever sell, so it’s been great to give them amazing estimates on their properties.
Appreciation is through the roof. Even month-to-month, people are seeing an increase of $9,000 to $15,000. While this isn’t the case in every area, some places are hot right now. Give me a call if you’d like to know more about your house. On the other hand, interest rates are set to rise gradually this year, but they should stay around 4%. Inflation is also still a concern, but real estate values are doing great.
